Spent $400 on a part time VA for 10 hours a week and it saved my whole quarter
I was drowning in invoicing and scheduling and finally hired a VA out of the Philippines for about $400 a month, 10 hours a week. Six weeks in and I got two proposals out the door that had been sitting in my drafts since March, which turned into a $6k retainer. It felt like a lot of money to spend on someone who isn't client facing, but the time back on biz dev made it back fast. Curious what hours people hand off first once they bring someone on?

Hand off the stuff that repeats every week first, invoicing and scheduling are exactly that, then guard those biz dev hours like a client meeting.
