Remember when a full client roster felt like a win?

Back in 2018, we had a week where we signed three new clients from one referral, hitting our monthly goal by the 10th. The whole office in Austin was buzzing, but we were so busy doing the work we didn't have a system to keep it going. How do you build a real plan off a lucky streak like that?

Honestly, are we really acting like one good week means you need some elaborate master plan? Sometimes you just get lucky and the work piles up, doesn't mean there's some secret formula to bottle. Feels like people overthink these things when the real answer is just keep doing good work and don't get too precious about it.
