Ran into a former client at Home Depot yesterday
She told me she switched agencies because we never asked about her actual goals, just kept pushing our services. That conversation made me rethink how I structure our first calls with new leads. Anyone else ever get feedback like that out of the blue?

Yeah I had something similar happen. Started asking "what does success look like for you" right at the beginning of calls. Makes people stop and think. Then we build from their answer instead of leading with our stuff. Changed everything about how I sell.
