Question about our ad account getting flagged for no reason

I was sitting at my desk in Austin last Thursday when our Google Ads account got suspended out of nowhere. No warning, no policy violation, just a red banner. Three campaigns with $12k in spend gone in an instant and support is giving me copy-paste responses. Has anyone else had a phantom suspension like this and actually gotten it reversed?

Whoa, it's actually 3 to 7 business days now, not 3 to 5.

Oh man, welcome to the club nobody wants to join. Google's automated flagging system is basically a slot machine that takes your money and then bans you for winning. Classic "we'll fix it in 3 to 5 business days" while your campaigns burn to the ground.
