Overheard a client say they hired us because we still answer the phone.

It was at a networking thing in Austin, and they mentioned their last agency only used a chatbot. We've kept a real person on calls since day one, and I guess that still matters. How many of you still have a direct line clients can actually reach?

Just unplug the phone base for a day.

Unplugging it for a whole day usually does the trick.
