My biggest lead source dried up overnight last Tuesday and I had to scramble.
It was a niche forum that suddenly changed its rules, so I spent the next 48 hours cold emailing 50 local businesses from a coffee shop list I built. Has anyone else had to rebuild their pipeline that fast and what did you try?

Been there, it's brutal. Forced me to build a better system with multiple lead sources. Now I'm not so exposed when one channel changes.

@briannguyen yeah 50 emails in 48 hours is rough. I literally just copy pasted the same template and swapped out names. Not proud of it but when the leads dry up you do what you gotta do. Eventually I learned to always have 3 or 4 different channels running at once so when one tanks you're not scrambling like that. Keep a list of warm referrals, some inbound stuff from social, and maybe a partner or two who send you leads on the regular.
