yeah nancy3 i read somewhere that loyalty is built through people not ads... makes sense when you see it work like that

Oh wow, you were basically paying someone to just talk to people and it actually worked? That's wild! Guess the proof really is in the pudding, or in this case, the spreadsheet.

Seriously, my buddy did this exact thing for his small cafe. He hired a college kid just to chat with regulars and remember their orders. Within a month, repeat visits shot up like crazy. He showed me the numbers and I was shocked. It felt silly at first, but that simple human touch built way more loyalty than any ad.
