Client asked for 'more pop' and I froze for 5 minutes straight

Had a call last Tuesday with a local HVAC company owner. He looked at our homepage mockup and said 'just make it pop more'. That was the whole feedback. I sat there trying to figure out if he meant colors, spacing, or something else entirely. Has anyone gotten that exact phrase and actually found a way to pull a real answer out of the client?
