Can we talk about how we stopped cold emailing and started just calling?
We were getting a 1% reply rate on our agency outreach for six months straight, so my partner said 'screw it, let's just pick up the phone and dial the numbers on their contact pages'. We booked three discovery calls in a single afternoon from a list of 20 local businesses. Has anyone else found that direct calls beat email for getting a real conversation started?
